Two ways the app can be used:
Health clinics sharing knowledge — The app can be used by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health workers, Nurses and allied health workers within clinics and the community to share resources, yarn through kidney health, and support families with trusted, culturally safe information.
Self-guided learning — you can work through the individual lessons or two dietitian and psychologist designed programs at your own pace, depending on your needs and what you are interested in learning. One program is for everyone - keeping your kidneys strong to prevent kidney disease. The second is to help you live well with early-stage kidney disease.

Guula Buuyal Kidneys
Small steps to keep your kidneys strong.
Your kidneys work hard for you every day. They clean your blood, balance the water in your body, and help keep your heart, bones, and blood pressure strong. When you look after your kidneys, you're looking after your whole self.
Our app takes strong ideas about food, wellbeing and healthy living and puts that information in your pocket — in plain words, built around your family, culture and community.
